The delightful springtime weather and exciting availability of vaccines in Charleston have us all ready to get out into the world again (safely!). As you begin mapping out your social calendars (remember making plans?!), we're excited to offer a fun schedule of patio pop-ups to make it easy for you to include small businesses and local creatives in your agenda this month.
As always, masks and social distancing are required at all Sightsee events.
Here's what's happening at the shop in May:
Saturday, May 8th, 9am-12pm: Mother's Day Pop-Up featuring Meeting Green & Studio Sontosis
Swing by to pick up the perfect gift for the mama, aunt, dog mom, or loving mother figure in your life. Meeting Green will have beautiful house plants for sale and Studio Sontosis will have an array of handmade ceramic mugs, vases, and planters available, as well! Plus, a limited number of locally-sourced floral arrangements - available with a handmade vase or wrapped for grab-and-go.
Sunday, May 16th, 12pm-2pm: Guilded Horn Beer Tasting
Have you been to Guilded Horn yet? This cozy and impeccably-designed craft beer & wine bar is a new neighborhood gem located just two blocks from Sightsee on Rutledge Avenue. Guilded Horn's owner and dear friend of Sightsee (coincidentally named Rutledge!) will be set up on the patio sharing free samples of some delicious new brews!
Sunday, May 23rd, 9am-1pm: Mama Ana's Arepas
Our favorite Colombian street food concept will be back in action on the patio! If you haven't tried Ana's food yet, what are you even doing?? Allyson's favorite is the traditional guava and Joel can't not order the Perrito Caliente. See you there?
