Where are you located?
Our retail shop + coffee bar is located at 125 ½ Line Street in the Elliotborough neighborhood of downtown Charleston. We’re right at the corner of Line Street and Rose Avenue, across from the Elliotborough Park & Community Garden.
What’s on the menu at your coffee bar?
We serve specialty coffee, espresso, organic loose leaf tea, and OLIPOP prebiotic sodas. In addition to a rotating lineup of coffees from our local roasting partner, Springbok Coffee Roasters, we feature a guest roaster from outside of Charleston each month on pour over. We’ve been told our cold brew is “fire” and our chai is the “best in town.”
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. As a small shop that carefully sources products from all over the world, we are unable to accept returns. However, if a new, unused item is deemed defective within 10 days of purchase or if you order online and your item arrives damaged, we are happy to process a refund or exchange. We cannot accept any returns/exchanges of apothecary, coffee beans, books/magazines, or gift cards.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday-Friday, within 1-2 days of your order date. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you are local to Charleston, use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to waive shipping costs. You can pick up online orders at our shop on Line Street, Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00am - 6:00pm and Sundays from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
