June Events at Sightsee

June Events at Sightsee

Summer is our favorite season here at Sightsee, and yet we've never actually had a summertime with the shop operating in its fullest sense (last summer we kept our interior closed and offered online ordering only in an effort to keep our community safe). So, now that we're fully back in action, it's time to celebrate the season accordingly with a fun lineup of patio pop-ups!

Sunday, June 6th, 9am-12pm: Little Peanut Pastries + Indigo Dyeing

Local baker Little Peanut Pastries will be on the patio serving up some delicious pastries (think: handmade pop-tarts, giant cookies, and even homemade dog treats for the pups), and artist Daisy McClellan is hosting drop-in Indigo Dye lessons where you can dye a kaftan, robe, or bandana! We recommend reserving a spot for the workshop here so you can guarantee your choice of item.

Saturday, June 12th 9am-12pm: Motherland Essentials

We're thrilled to host one of our favorite local brands, Motherland Essentials, for a patio pop-up. Founder Andrea Davis will have an array of her beautiful small batch, cold-process plant-based soaps and other handmade skincare products for sale. Stock up to keep your skin happy and healthy all summer long.

Sunday, June 20th 9am-1pm: Mama Ana's Arepas

Planning to be out and about with the raddest dad figure in your life (your own pops, your fave dog dad, a dad-to-be) on Father's Day? Head over to Sightsee for delicious made-to-order Colombian street food from Mama Ana's Arepas or scoop a big batch of arepas to-go and impress everyone at your Father's Day brunch.

Hope to see y'all on the patio this month!
